Dollywood Marks 40th Season
Pigeon Forge’s Dollywood Parks & Resorts is gearing up to celebrate its 40th anniversary in 2025 with an exciting roster of special events and new attractions. Celebrating 20 Years of Marine Life
Georgia Aquarium, the largest aquarium in the United States, is set to celebrate its 20th anniversary in style in 2025. Highlighting the commemoration in May is the unveiling of a a bioluminescence exhibit featuring luminous marine life, like corals and jellies.
Additionally, from May 23 to August 17, the daily Glow Nights event underscores the exhibit, coming alive and turning the aquarium into a glowing wonderland filled with blacklight theatrics and interactive glow-in-the-dark activities. Soaky Mountain Waterpark, located in Sevierville, Tennessee, is launching Rafter’s Rage, a new, six-person raft ride, this May. With 31,000 square feet of display space, the National Medal of Honor Museum in Arlington, Texas, pays tribute to the heroic individuals who’ve exemplified courage, patriotism and sacrifice. Fewer than 4,000 Americans have received a Medal of Honor, and this museum honors them with interactive exhibits, film, guided and self-guided tours, artifacts, and unique personal items from Medal of Honor recipients and their families.
