Mark 10 Years of Fun at the AAA Auto Expo
Get ready for a morning built for car lovers. The 10th annual AAA Auto Expo rolls in on Saturday, Sept. 19, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at AAA Auto Club Group, 1 Auto Club Drive, Dearborn, Michigan, 48126. Join fellow drivers to celebrate a decade of fun and friendship.
Stroll past classic cars, daily drivers, sports cars and works in progress. Bring your own ride to display, swap stories and enjoy the camaraderie. You could even win door prizes (no purchase necessary, while supplies last).
Admission is free for AAA Members and nonmembers and displaying your car is also free. The first 100 drivers showing cars receive a collectible event hat. All attendees get a goodie bag while supplies last, and every displayed car earns a commemorative dashboard plaque.

A family donates nonperishable food items as a part of the special Riverbanks Zoo and Garden promotion

Toucan Tuesdays Return to Riverbanks Zoo
Riverbanks Zoo and Garden, in Columbia, S.C., is partnering with Harvest Hope Food Bank for the return of Toucan Tuesdays.
Guests who donate two nonperishable food items will receive buy-one, get-one admission and buy-one, get-one regular-sized ICEEs. The promotion runs consecutive Tuesdays through Aug. 11 and applies to general admission only. Explorer wristbands and memberships are excluded.
High-need donations include canned vegetables, canned proteins, dried beans and pasta. Organizers aim to collect 5,000 pounds of food, or roughly 6,000 meals.
"Riverbanks Zoo is proud to be a place where our community comes together," said Tommy Stringfellow, president and CEO of Riverbanks Zoo and Garden.
In 2025, guests donated 1,900 pounds, providing 2,275 meals. Since 2010, the partnership has collected 52,908 pounds, excluding a pause in 2020 and 2021.

Soar in Style: Anakeesta’s New Crystal Express Opens in Gatlinburg
Get ready to see the Smoky Mountains like never before. Anakeesta in Gatlinburg, Tennessee, has opened the Crystal Express, the world's only all-glass gondola system.
Each of the 56 panoramic cabins features glass floors and walls, giving you unobstructed 360-degree views on every side. The four-minute ascent rises more than 600 feet above downtown Gatlinburg and soars nearly 80 feet above the ground at certain points. Redesigned loading areas make boarding seamless, so you can roll strollers right into the cabins.
The Crystal Express replaces the original Chondola, which carried visitors from 2017 until January 2026.
"From the moment visitors leave the Parkway, the goal has always been for them to feel the magic of the mountain," said Founding Partner Bob Bentz.
The gondola anchors Anakeesta's Making More Magic expansion, a $100 million, five-year investment running through 2030.
