Kycek: Two dramatic venues we have are the Minitas Club Pool Deck and the Amphitheater in Altos de Chavon. Both offer a unique and unmatched venue experience, and best of all, they are both within Casa de Campo. Hosting an event in the Amphitheater is truly spectacular and with an unlimited budget, anything is possible. From having your own A-list concert (Elton John or Frank Sinatra) perform, or a dramatically lit dining venue with tented air conditioning, our guests experiences are only limited to the planners imaginations!
Tell us about some of the most extravagant events you've planned, where money was no object.
One of our most memorable events was for an owner of a company that treated his employees to a week long all-expenses paid trip to Casa. He spared no expense and set up an itinerary that included a private sit-down dinner concert in our famed amphitheater in Altos de Chavon, a private yacht excursion with a full catered menu to Saona island, private helicopter tours, a private concert dinner event with hand-rolled cigars and cigar instruction, a full spa buyout, and a full golf course buyout on Teeth of the Dog along with a night golf outing and private instruction. It was truly a remarkable week of events that required all hands on deck to coordinate and execute for a flawless experience.
What are some of your most popular VIP experiences?
Our most popular VIP experiences are private dinners in one of our exclusive Cabanas at Minitas Beach Club, where guests can enjoy complete privacy while dining overlooking the infinity pool, beach and ocean. Whether it is for a romantic dinner for two or a group dinner, the food, service, and ambiance of our Minitas Beach Club Cabanas and pool deck is highly sought after. Not to mention, it is one of the best places to watch the sunset overlooking the ocean.
Another popular VIP experience is having a private chef experience in one of our ocean front villas. Our chefs will custom design a menu for our guests and prepare everything in the villa. Guests are free to watch, engage, or simply sit back and relax while the chef and the culinary team do all of the work. Dinner is served by a dedicated wait staff while the chef explains each dish as it is served.

We are continually incorporating the latest technology to support our meetings & events guest experiences and have worked closely with the following tools. We use IVY, which is our smart-concierge tool that assists the planning experience for guests from the moment they check-in until they go back home.
