Here, planners will discover an always-evolving meeting destination offering incredible new or expanded meeting options and experiences to include in their next event.

What’s New

Set to open fall of 2023, Conrad Orlando will debut with 433 rooms, 40,000 square feet of indoor meeting space, a tranquil spa, numerous dining options and a signature rooftop experience. The hotel will be part of the massive 10,000-bedroom resort complex, Evermore Orlando Resort, offering an array of stay experiences, from single homes to villas, flats and hotel guestrooms.

Rosa Mexicano opens its first Orlando-area location in the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin in 2023. The menu showcases a contemporary interpretation of authentic Mexican cuisine, including beloved classics and innovative dishes that pay tribute to Mexico’s richly varied culinary regions. A private events team can host small gatherings of up to
200 guests.

In 2023, the Hyatt Regency Orlando will open its newest food & beverage concept – Descend 21. A dynamic all-new lounge and entertainment venue that can host private events.

Increased Ease of Accessibility in and out of Orlando

It’s now even easier to travel to and from Orlando with the recent opening of Orlando International Airport’s South Terminal Complex. The new facility adds 15 gates and includes a seamless, low-touch environment with a state-
of-the-art radio frequency baggage system, numerous shops, restaurants and lounge facilities.

Brightline Orlando Station, conveniently located at Orlando International Airport’s (MCO) Terminal C, will connect domestic and international visitors traveling between Orlando and Miami with stops in Fort Lauderdale and West Palm Beach. Riders will enjoy touchless ticketing, premium in-station lounges, complimentary WiFi, and topnotch bars and restaurants at every Brightline station.

Orlando’s Dining Scene Evolves

Dining options play a key role in a group’s destination decision. Orlando already offers planners an exceptional culinary community to consider and now it has evolved even farther after being recognized with one of the world’s highest culinary honors.

This year, the inaugural edition of the MICHELIN Guide Miami, Orlando and Tampa was revealed, with inspectors identifying four MICHELIN Starred restaurants in Orlando alone, along with notable mentions for Bib Gourmand (7) and Recommended (22) restaurants further distinguishing the destination’s culinary reputation.

Elevated Health Services for Groups

A partnership between Visit Orlando and Orlando Health, a not-for-profit healthcare organization that serves the southeastern United States, now provides customizable health solutions for meeting and conference attendees through an Orlando Health Virtual Care Center, which will open later this year at the Orange County Convention Center. Medical providers will be available via virtual visit 24 hours a day. During major conventions, the clinic will be staffed by Orlando Health clinicians.

Enhanced Virtual Tours of Orlando

Already a leader in innovative meeting planning services, Visit Orlando has further enhanced its live virtual site inspection platform. Orlando Virtual Tours offers meeting planners the opportunity to seamlessly travel to more than 1,100 locations throughout the city.

Authentic location imagery provides a real-world view of world class resort hotels, unique meeting spaces, exclusive off-site venues, and the world-famous theme parks. Details of each location are easily accessed during the tour. Planners also have the option go exploring on their own, guided by aerial perspectives, or can schedule a personal live guided virtual inspection with a Visit Orlando destination expert.
