The property offers groups top-tier, turnkey audio and visual capabilities with in-house IT and customizable rooms for up to 1,000 guests. Featuring a ballroom, breakout and banquet rooms, adjacent pre-function space and a 1,600-square-foot outdoor terrace, the spaces are equipped with best-in-class technology and on-the-spot functionality. Circa’s meetings & conventions spaces were designed with adaptability and customization in mind, accommodating multiple configurations to support planners’ needs. Continuing the property’s tradition of honoring Las Vegas’ history, each meeting space is named after an iconic Las Vegas motel.
Sitting sky-high on the 60th floor of Circa’s hotel tower, the indoor/outdoor, 9,330-square-foot Legacy Club delivers extraordinary 360-degree views of Las Vegas and is complemented by an upscale lounge, expansive outdoor terrace with fire pits and iconic artwork. The venue can hold 200 seated or 400 standing guests and is available for private and semi-private events.
Stadium Swim – Circa’s 365 day a year pool amphitheater – can be rented for semi-private events or full buyouts for groups of up to 4,000. The venue features a 143-foot diagonal high-resolution screen that can be utilized for events. With six pools in total, the two front pools closest to the screen can be covered for extra standing/seating room.
Circa houses five unique new-to-Vegas dining experiences from renowned chefs and restaurateurs that can be rented for meetings or enjoyed pre- or post-event. This includes a 17,000-square-foot steakhouse, Barry’s Downtown Prime; a pan-Asian concept with a private dining space, 8 East; an All-American sports bar fare restaurant overlooking the world’s largest sportsbook at Circa, Victory Burger & Wings Co.; a 24/7 deli from Detroit restaurateur Paul Saginaw, Saginaw’s Delicatessen; and a Carolina barbecue food truck located on the Fremont Street Experience, Project BBQ.
