Now in its 17th year, the NSBE Golden Torch Awards ceremony will be held Saturday, March 29th in Nashville, TN. The awards recognize organizations and individuals who exemplify the Society’s ideals of academic excellence, professional success and commitment to strengthening the black community. The gala awards ceremony, the climax of NSBE’s 40th Annual Convention, is designed to motivate young attendees to great accomplishments in engineering. The awards have served another worthy cause by providing more than $7 million in scholarships to talented high school seniors.
