Blending distance with forgiveness, TaylorMade’s Qi35 family of drivers, fairway metals and hybrids combines lowered center of gravity with maximum MOI to deliver longer and straighter performance.
By lowering the balance point and optimizing weight in the head, TaylorMade engineers activated a larger area of opportunity on the face for improved launch conditions, resulting in more distance across more of the face for each driver in the Qi35 driver family.
“We have been pushing the envelope of forgiveness, and in Qi35, we have taken it to yet another level,” said Brian Bazzel, TaylorMade VP of product creation. “The true breakthrough is delivering this new level of forgiveness with even more distance and enhanced launch conditions.”
The Qi35 drivers – with standard Qi35, Max, Max Lite (each $599.99) and LS ($649.99) models – are multi-material constructed with elements of titanium, tungsten, carbon fiber, aluminum and steel and offer a suite of enhanced technologies such as interchangeable weights, a fourth-generation “carbon twist face,” Infinity carbon crown, speed pocket and 4-degree loft sleeve. The resulting forgiveness gains promise a 13-percent tighter dispersion than the Qi10 when the 13-gram weight is in the rear setting.
To further improve accuracy and efficiency of the fitting process, TaylorMade has created the first launch monitor-enabled fitting heads with reflective fitting markers built directly into every Qi35 SelectFit driver face. The technology allows fitters to fully optimize the technology of Qi35 drivers exactly to the golfer’s skill set.
The new Qi35 fairway woods and hybrids offer added levels of versatility, adjustability and consistent performance with optimized CG projections, high MOI designs and the addition of 4-degree loft sleeves in all 3- and 5-woods as well as the Qi35 Tour 7-wood.
Like the drivers, the Qi35 fairway woods – standard, Max, Max Lite (each $349.99) and Tour ($449.99) – are packed with the proven technologies that made TaylorMade fairway woods the most played on the PGA Tour in 2024.
The Qi35 Tour fairways are designed for golfers who prefer the look of a compact head and prioritize workability, using a 40-gram sliding weight that can be moved back to help tighten dispersion or forward to increase distance.
Qi35 also offers three different Rescue hybrid models – standard, Max and Max Lite ($299.99 each) – to provide consistent performance and versatility from any lie.
TaylorMade breaks into the ultra-lightweight category with the Qi35 Max Lite driver, fairway metals and hybrids, which are significantly lighter than Max models and tailored for golfers who are looking to increase clubhead speed.
