Tour Edge introduces its most forgiving drivers, fairways and hybrids with the launch of its Exotics 725 series.
This focus on forgiveness led Tour Edge engineers to design its most forgiving Exotics lineup across the board in both the E and C products, including its first wood-like iron in the X725.
“Forgiveness has been something we’ve been excelling at in Exotics, at the very top of our industry, but this is an entirely new level,” said David Glod, Tour Edge’s founder, CEO and chief designer. “With 725, we are offering two specs that fit exactly what a certain player type is seeking for their performance off the tee. It is definitively game-changing how the 725 drivers perform.”
Tour Edge crosses into the 10K MOI market with its Exotics E725 driver ($399.99), moving some mass and center-of-gravity placement and getting rid of the center-crown spine on the Ridgeback tech to improve forgiveness across the face in what was already one of the highest-inertia drivers available. The all-carbon crown offers a more muted sound in the E metals.
The 445 cc Exotics C725 driver ($399.99) is not far behind as one of the most forgiving low-spin models.
“We’re getting into the 10K-inertia market with a true performer in the E725 driver,” Glod said. “You can’t place a value on a clubhead that provides extremely straight drives from anywhere on the face as it simply and efficiently creates lower scores for every golfer.”
The new E725 fairway metals ($249.99) are MOI+ designs built for maximum forgiveness, while the new C725 ($299.99) designs – with a smaller head shape for a 13-degree – promote harnessing power and flight-tuned performance. All four metals include new designs featuring three-dimensional diamond shapes behind the face for greater ball speeds, Ridgeback technology for forgiveness and feel as well as RyzerSole technology and a new “power channel” in each.
“We’ve always been known as a fairway wood and hybrid company due to the unheard-of performance we started producing in 2005 with our first Exotics, and I truly feel like Exotics metals are back in a big way with these releases for 2025,” Glod said. “The buzz around the 725 fairways on tour has been the biggest I have experienced in quite some time, and there is more tech than ever featured in these new designs.”
