Attend one or each of the upcoming NCGA Rules Seminars. These 2 ½ Day Seminars will review key elements of the Rules of Golf and its Clarifications. The first two days begin at 8 a.m. and conclude at 5 p.m. The exam starts at 8:00 a.m. and finishes at noon.
