On behalf of the Colorado Golf Foundation and Colorado Golf Association, we are pleased to share our 2025 Year in Review, which highlights the impact we have made on our community and on the lives of 49,000 young people in Colorado through the game of golf.
We're committed to making golf and all it offers affordable and available to everyone. Through unique junior golf and caddie programming and targeted Foundation grantmaking, we're nurturing and developing kids under the idea that Golf changes lives, welcomes everyone, and lasts a lifetime. We hope that as you read this report, you’ll enjoy learning more about our work in 2025 with premier golf organizations locally and nationally.
Highlights from the year include:
11,000+ recreational junior golfers posted more than 30,000 Youth on Course rounds.
Team Colorado, a partnership with the USGA’s National Development Program, completed its inaugural year, and 16 junior athletes were selected for the 2026 2nd year class.
704 kids are participating in 18 youth caddie programs across the state. Of those, 289 were members of our Solich Caddie & Leadership Academies.
In January, 17 kids were selected as Evans Scholars to attend CU Boulder in the fall with full-ride tuition and housing scholarships; nine of whom came from CGA academies.
The CGA expanded its partnerships with local organizations, including Children’s Hospital Adaptive Recreation for Childhood Health (ARCH), LPGA*USGA Girls Golf, and Special Olympics at CommonGround, the home of the CGA.
More than $119,000 was donated to our grantmaking partners, who served more than 36,000 youth through innovative and impactful golf programming.
Our CGA programs and community partnerships open doors to golf, giving young people from diverse backgrounds the experiences, skills, and connections they need to embrace this lifelong game. Your gifts are making this a reality, and we look forward to our continued partnership.
