Conference Captures

A conference capture can be recorded at a live meeting, a studio, or a conference room. Conference captures are completed a few weeks after the program and distributed to a mailing list and/or placed on the web. The conference capture format gives the user the same feeling as being at the conference, but with additional materials such as transcripts, slide bookmarking, and note taking. If the program is CME, certificates are available immediately.

Webcasts or Satellite Broadcasts

Any program at a meeting can be turned into a webcast or satellite broadcast to increase the audience reach. Successful programs have been broadcast to restaurants and hotels or through specific web portals.

Congress Booth Programs

Congress booth programs are used to attract attendees and assist in the discussion between booth attendees and onsite staff. Digital activities include booth attract loops, interactive games, touchscreens, animations, poster mazes, and iPad trivia.

Group Audience Response

A Group Audience Response system can be added to symposia at a conference. Group Audience Response systems include placing a computer or iPad on each meeting table for the attendees to use. The speaker is able to view the answers per table and for the aggregate group. Differences among attendees become points of discussion during the presentations.

Highlights Program

Companies can sponsor a Highlights Disc from the conference with various program synopses from the entire congress. The disk can be cross-specialty and made available to a wide audience via CD-ROM and the Internet.

Post-meeting E-newsletter

Companies can sponsor a Post-meeting E-newsletter with highlights from a congress. The newsletter can be sent out in HTML format or available as a downloadable and printable PDF file.

Meeting Planning Software

Allows sales representatives to schedule dinner programs via the web. Approvals, faculty, budgets, and topics can all be tracked and viewed.

Augmented Reality

A new interactive experience for booth attendees. A way to enhance print pieces through digital connectivity. Anyone with a smart phone or tablet can view videos, websites, and animations all triggered by print materials. Virtual content integrated into the physical world.
